Do you remember Uncorked on Main? They now have a new name for you to remember, 129 on Main by Uncorked. According to Manager Autumn Salyers, the name change was inspired by “a look at the future” and a fresh start for the restaurant. “We tossed around the idea for some time and decided that a new year would be a great time,” Salyers said. The executive chef has created a fresh menu with some of their favorites from the previous menu as well as many new items.

“We want to focus on being a place that is for everyone and every occasion — from a family night out to date night,” Salyers said.

The restaurant has geared the new menu toward more of a fresh grill and away from a traditional steakhouse. Not only has the dining menu been revamped, but so has the bar, now offering specialty cocktails. They also have some great ideas for the space, including the basement and private dining areas. “We are planning some really fun pop-up events collaborating with some local vendors very soon,” Salyers said.

The restaurant is also planning to start opening for lunch in the near future as well as bringing brunch back at least once a month. Customers should be sure to follow the restaurant’s social media pages for more information on pop-up markets and other events. “The response has been amazing. We are so grateful for everyone who has shown us support during the change,” Salyers said.
