A little update for those curious about new businesses entering Arbor Springs Plaza just north of Newnan. We spoke with Jonathan McCall of Moore Company Realty this week who announced the new tenants. One the most well known businesses in the area is Partners Pizza. The restaurant is currently working on their build out and will soon announce an opening date. In addition to this new restaurant, Monterrey Mexican Restaurant will open at the plaza. Other leases signed are Spice Wing and Great Clips. Great Clips is expected to open in mid March.
Wendy’s is planning to build a restaurant in one of the out parcels, those plans are currently under review by Coweta County. You can read more about that article by clicking here.
