Studio Practice: University of West Georgia Faculty, a joint city/university exhibition, opens at the Carrollton Center for the Arts July 18.
The exhibit features a diverse collection of works by UWG art faculty members displayed in the city’s premier arts facility.
“This show will be a lot of fun,” said Visual Arts Coordinator Marcella Kuykendall. “There is always a great variety of pieces on display. I love learning about the different concepts and stylistic approaches the professors are investigating in their personal work.”
The exhibition is sponsored by Bruce and Sally Bobick.
A free public closing reception for the exhibition will be held at the center August 22, 5 – 7pm.
