The Greater Haralson Chamber is proud to announce that Elizabeth Langley, Director of Marketing, has been named a Certified Real Colors Facilitator. In 2025, the Chamber will offer Real Colors training for their members, which will allow them to evaluate different perspectives in their workplaces and implement solutions that will set them up for success.
Real Colors is a dynamic workshop that utilizes a personality assessment, which allows participants to understand human behavior and enhance communication with others. The workshop is often used in work environments to improve these factors between employees.
The Real Colors personality assessment features four colors; gold, green, blue and orange, each of which corresponds with a personality type. Participants are assigned a color based on their test results and discuss with fellow participants about their individual characteristics to learn about different perspectives in their workplace. Depending on their membership level, Chamber members can receive one session of Real Colors Training to use for their team.
“We are happy to offer Real Colors training beginning in 2025,” Langley said. “As a facilitator, I look forward to working with our members to help them foster communication, retention and motivation in their businesses through this innovative experience.”
The workshop addresses many topics, including stress, workplace issues and leadership, and is designed to provoke discussion and address these factors at the organizational level.
