Charred Oak Kitchen + Bar, a popular establishment from Columbus, Georgia, has signed a lease to open its second location at the Shoppes at the Birches. Known for its inviting atmosphere and diverse menu, Charred Oak is expected to be a notable addition to Carrollton’s dining scene.
Orangetheory Fitness, a rapidly expanding fitness franchise, is also set to open a studio in the development, offering residents access to its renowned heart-rate-based interval training programs.
