Charred Oak Kitchen + Bar, a popular establishment from Columbus, Georgia, has signed a lease to open its second location at the Shoppes at the Birches. Known for its inviting atmosphere and diverse menu, Charred Oak is expected to be a notable addition to Carrollton’s dining scene.
Orangetheory Fitness, a rapidly expanding fitness franchise, is also set to open a studio in the development, offering residents access to its renowned heart-rate-based interval training programs.
In addition to these establishments, a nail salon and a spa are confirmed, providing beauty and wellness services to the community. Two other restaurants are also planned, further enhancing the variety of dining options available at the Shoppes at the Birches.

Regarding the potential arrival of Dunkin’ Donuts, there have been no recent updates confirming its addition to the Shoppes at the Birches. Currently, Dunkin’ operates locations at 1131 Bankhead Highway and 1202 South Park Street in Carrollton.
