The Newnan Junior Service League (NJSL) will host their annual Mardi Gras Casino Night on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at The Newnan Centre located at 1515 Lower Fayetteville Road in Newnan.
Get ready to roll the dice and enjoy a night of excitement, New Orleans-style cuisine, and casino fun at Mardi Gras Casino Night! This is a charitable event benefiting NJSL’s 2025 grant recipient and the NJSL scholarship program. This year the NJSL grant recipient is CORRAL, Coweta Organization for Riding, Rehabilitation and Learning. CORRAL was formed in 1987 to provide therapeutic horseback riding facilities and instruction for the mentally and physically challenged. The funds raised for CORRAL will go towards the purchase of a new therapy horse.
The NJSL Scholarship Program is a long-standing philanthropic tradition in Coweta County. It is a big piece of NJSL’s mission, as it awards impactful scholarships to graduating high school females who plan to extend their education.
From blackjack to roulette and poker, everyone will have the chance to test their luck and enjoy a festive evening. If you are interested in attending the event, tickets are currently available for $125 each and include New Orleans style hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, and funny money for the casino games. There will also be a silent auction with some great items up for bid. Sponsorships start at only $125.
