A new Circle K convenience store is planned for 1310 New Franklin Road at S. Davis Road in LaGrange. According to the site plans, the project includes the demolition of three residential buildings at 1306, 1308, and 1310 New Franklin Road to make way for a 3,305-square-foot, one-story store with four gas pumps.
The development will provide another stop for fuel, snacks, and everyday essentials.
Construction is currently in the bidding phase, with select general contractors invited to submit proposals. All subcontractor and supplier inquiries are directed to the general contractors involved.
The new gas station will add to the ever growing presence of Circle K in Troup County.
