Dunkin’ Donuts is officially coming to The Shoppes at the Birches on Maple Street, adding another coffee option to the growing retail center. The new location will take Suite F in Building 2’s left end cap space, right next to the recently opened Orangetheory Fitness.
Dunkin’ Donuts will join a mix of businesses at The Shoppes at the Birches, including Avaas Spa and Tan, Q Nails, and the recently signed Huck’s on Maple. The addition of Dunkin’ further expands the center’s offerings, making it a convenient stop for coffee, dining, and self-care.
Interestingly, Dunkin’ Donuts had previously considered opening a free-standing location at the corner of Bonner Road and Maple Street. However, the company ultimately opted to sign a lease at The Shoppes at the Birches, choosing to be part of this multi-tenant development.
Dunkin’ won’t be the only coffee option in the area. Eliiano’s, another popular coffee spot, is located nearby, giving locals multiple choices for their caffeine fix. With Dunkin’ Donuts now in the mix, Maple Street is becoming a prime destination for coffee lovers.
An official opening date has yet to be announced, but as construction moves forward, more details should become available.
