Carrollton’s Own Reid Morris to Perform Free Pop-Up Show at The Birches on Maple

Carrollton native Reid Morris returns home for a free pop-up concert at The Birches on Maple. A graduate of Carrollton High School and the University of West Georgia, the rising country singer-songwriter brings his Nashville sound back to where it all began.

Country music fans are in for a treat as Carrollton native, Reid Morris, returns to his roots with a free pop-up concert on Friday, April 18, at The Birches on Maple.

Now based in Nashville, Tenn., Morris is gaining momentum in the country music scene with his heartfelt lyrics and authentic storytelling. He’s opened for major acts like Riley Green and Muscadine Bloodline and has co-written songs with fellow Carrollton native and rising star, Noah Hicks, along with other upcoming artists like Triston Marez and Walker Montgomery.

Known for blending a modern twist with the iconic sounds of ‘90s country, Morris brings fresh energy to the genre while honoring its rich tradition. A graduate of Carrollton High School and the University of West Georgia where he earned a degree in business management, Morris is now focused full time on building a music career. Through songs like, “When a Small Town Grows,” “Took the Farm” and “Leaving With the Summer,” he shares a piece of home with his audience, inviting them into the world of country living that shaped his music.

Concertgoers will also get a first listen to his latest single, Georgia Dream,” which was written by Morris and drops the same day as the show.
