City officials have confirmed that Tractor Supply Co. is coming to Villa Rica, with land-clearing efforts already visible behind the BP gas station and Truist Bank off Highway 78 West Bankhead Highway.
Crews have started clearing trees and preparing the land for construction, signaling that the project is moving forward. While an official opening timeline has not yet been released, such projects typically take several months to complete once groundwork begins.
Tractor Supply is also building a new location in Newnan, situated off US 29 near the Newnan Bypass and Jackson Street. The company, known for its farm and ranch supplies, pet food, and outdoor equipment, has been expanding aggressively in rural and suburban markets.
