Central High School senior Norah Yarbrough was named the 2025 Lion Heart recipient during Honors & Awards Night. Norah was selected for the honor by Central High School faculty.
The student selected for the Lion Heart award is an individual who is dedicated to Central High School, but more importantly the student must possess a Lion size heart. Norah is the type of individual who instantly lifts the energy in the room. She is the kind of person who shows up, not just when it’s convenient, but when it really matters most.
Norah has been the Marching Pride Drum Major for the last three years; she is a member of the varsity girls’ basketball team and girls’ soccer team.
