Brave Coffee and Tea: Where Craft Meets Community in Every Cup

Brave Coffee and Tea has carved out more than just a niche—it’s brewed a culture. With three vibrant locations—two nestled in Carrollton and one now open in Franklin—this locally grown café is quickly becoming West Georgia’s favorite stop for ethically sourced coffee, custom drinks, and hometown charm.

What sets Brave apart is its commitment to quality and creativity. Housemade syrups, organic and ethically sourced beans, and a flavor-forward philosophy define the experience. Instead of sticking strictly to the classics, Brave invites customers to get creative, especially with its non-coffee offerings. Whether it’s a fruity refresher or a coconut-infused mocktail, the make-your-own style ensures there’s something for every palate.

And speaking of flavor—they’re making it from scratch, every day. Just today, Brave’s owner Jessica George stirred up 25 gallons of syrups and caramel, all crafted in-house with care. It’s a labor of love that reflects the surge in coffee sales and the growing enthusiasm from customers. That’s not just good business—it’s a clear sign the community is responding to Brave’s bold, handcrafted approach.

The Carrollton menu offers a refreshing taste of summer with their La Dolce Vita lineup. Think Cold Brew with Cherry Vanilla Cream, Sea Oat Shaken Espresso with White Chocolate and Salted Caramel, or the dreamy Coco-Mocha, a coconut brevé with chocolate drizzle. And it doesn’t stop at coffee—mocktails like the Italian Sunrise or sparkling spritzers like Limoncello and Coco Vita provide bright, caffeine-free options for hot days and cool vibes.

Brave is about more than just drinks—it’s about giving back. Located inside The Heirloom Shop on Maple Street, Brave is deeply rooted in the local scene. They’re running daily summer specials, like free drinks for kids with the purchase of any adult beverage, and Free Foam Fridays throughout the summer. It’s the kind of hospitality that keeps families and friends coming back for more.

The coffee itself is roasted fresh and shipped directly from Amavida Coffee in Santa Rosa. Certified organic and ethically sourced, Brave’s beans are carefully selected to ensure every cup is rich in flavor and quality. From the first sip to the last drop, it’s a difference you can taste.

As one of Carrollton’s and Franklin’s most beloved drink spots, Brave Coffee and Tea isn’t just serving beverages—it’s fueling a movement to shop small, drink local, and stay connected. Whether you swing by in person or order online, one thing’s for sure: there’s always something brewing at Brave.
