Taco Bell is expected to join the Arbor Springs area alongside a new Wendy’s, which will soon begin construction. The Taco Bell site is planned for a lot adjacent to the Wendy’s, just off Highway 29 in northern Coweta County.
The property recently changed leasing brokers and is now represented by JLL, a global real estate services firm. With this transition, activity on the site has begun to increase.
Construction on Wendy’s is anticipated to begin soon, though an exact timeline has not been released. As for Taco Bell, plans have not yet been submitted to Coweta County Community Development, so there is currently no projected timeline for when building might begin.
This development is part of ongoing commercial growth in the Arbor Springs corridor, which continues to attract national chains and retail interest.
