McLeRoy, Inc has officially begun grading work for a new Hyundai dealership along GA Highway 61, between Carrollton and Villa Rica. The upcoming development marks a significant addition to the growing Sandhill area, bringing new commercial activity to a long-vacant piece of land near Midway Church.
The project, which received approval several months ago, is set to become an ALM – Hyundai dealership. Local officials confirmed the dealership plans at the end of January, highlighting the continued interest in expanding automotive retail options in west Georgia.
This site has sat undeveloped for years, making its transformation into a modern dealership a notable step forward for both Carroll County and the surrounding communities. While no official timeline for completion has been released, the early site work indicates steady progress is underway.
The new dealership is expected to create job opportunities and attract additional investment to the area as development continues to trend east along the GA 61 corridor.
