Pollo Campero, the internationally known Latin chicken chain, is planning a new location at 1373 State Highway 85 in Fayetteville, Georgia. The project is currently in the early development phase, with construction out to bid as plans move forward to bring the brand’s signature flavors to the area.
This will be the first Pollo Campero on the southside of metro Atlanta. Current Georgia locations include Lawrenceville, Buford, and Marietta, all situated north of the city. The Fayetteville site marks a strategic expansion, bringing the brand’s distinctive menu and Latin-inspired hospitality to a new part of the region.
Founded in Guatemala in 1971, Pollo Campero is known for its citrus-marinated fried and grilled chicken, along with sides like yuca fries, sweet plantains, and Campero rice. The Fayetteville location will further the brand’s growing presence in the U.S., offering a new dining option for local residents and commuters along the busy Highway 85 corridor.
