Ugly Betty and National Era Rock the Amp August 22

The Amp’s Locals Live concert series continues August 22 with performances by Ugly Betty and National Era at downtown Carrollton’s premier music venue.

Presenting the best of the hard-rocking 1970s, ‘80s and beyond, Ugly Betty is a west Georgia music mainstay. The hugely popular band features Ric Christman on vocals, guitar and keys, Keith Kimmel and Michael Harris on guitar, Chris Butler on bass and Kevin Lyle on drums.

National Era

National Era consists of singer/songwriter/guitarists Jason Kesler and Michael Butler, bassist Chis Laney, guitarist Matt Greene and drummer Walt Entrekin who have played off and on in various combos for more than 25 years. They offer a mix of Americana and garage-pop tinged originals coupled with carefully chosen alternative and classic rock covers.

All events at the Amp are free. No professional photography is allowed during shows at the Amp. Please visit carrolltonga.com/amp for updates, venue guidelines and policies.
