The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the graduation of 31 participants from the Leadership Carroll Class of 2025, marking the program’s 33rd year of cultivating leaders who shape our community. Since its founding, Leadership Carroll has graduated more than 800 leaders who have gone on to serve in business, government, education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
Over the past eight months, participants explored leadership development, economic growth, healthcare, education, public safety, agribusiness, arts and tourism, and more. The graduation ceremony also featured keynote speaker Nina Johnson of NMJ Consulting, LLC and the JW Fanning Institute, who shared inspiring insights on what leadership looks like in action.
