A new restaurant called Kick Off Wings LLC is moving into the former Pizza Hut building on Bankhead Highway in Carrollton. The business was officially registered with the State of Georgia on July 8, 2025, and its location is already showing up on Google Maps, though the restaurant has not yet opened.
Interior renovations at the site began a few weeks ago, and the City of Carrollton has confirmed that a wing restaurant is in the process of opening at the location. While there has been no formal announcement from the owners, signs point to Kick Off Wings preparing for launch in the coming weeks.
Restaurants with the same name currently operate in South Georgia, including in Moultrie and Waycross. Attempts to contact those locations for confirmation of any connection were unsuccessful, with staff unable to provide details.
The former Pizza Hut on Bankhead had been around for years and was a familiar stop for many in town. That location is now closed, but Pizza Hut continues to serve customers at its newer spot off US 27 near Tractor Supply.
For now, Carrollton residents will have to wait and see exactly what Kick Off Wings brings to town, but with renovations underway, it looks like a new place for wings is on the way.
