Villa Rica is getting ready to welcome fall with one of its most beloved annual traditions—Gold Rush 2025. This year’s festivities will take place on Saturday, September 27, and promise a full day of community celebration, entertainment, and small-town charm.
The day will begin with the Gold Rush 5K race at 8:00 am, followed by a colorful and lively parade at 10:00 am. Then at 11:00 am, the heart of downtown will come alive with the Gold Rush Festival, running through 4:00 pm.
Guests can look forward to a wide variety of activities and attractions, including local craft and merchandise vendors, delicious food trucks, a dedicated Kid Zone, and the ever-popular Gold Brick Hunt. Live music and entertainment will fill the streets, with a side stage on Main Street featuring performances from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
As the festival winds down, the celebration continues into the evening at The Mill. Starting at 6:00 pm, an exciting concert lineup will take the stage, featuring performances by Lucas J. Smith, Braylin Little, Cory Estes, Aspen Lee, Brandon Sanders, 7 Sharp 9, Lilac Wine, and headlining band Drivin N Cryin.
Throughout the day, there will also be entertainment at The Mill and plenty of family-friendly fun spread across downtown.
