Bicicletta Replaces Panera in Kedron Village

The owners of ENZO Steakhouse & Bar are preparing to open a second concept. The new eatery, Bicicletta, will feature Italian-style pizzas, fresh pastas, gelato, in a more casual, approachable setting. Located in Kedron Village, Bicicletta replaces Panera, which closed in the roughly 3,500-square-foot endcap space this past January.

Business partners Andrea Montobbio and David Gibbs opened ENZO at the Town at Trilith in Fayetteville in September 2022. Montobbio previously worked as executive chef at Atlanta’s Fifth Group Restaurants, STK Atlanta, and New York’s Gansevoort Hotel, while Gibbs, who worked with Montobbio at Ecco Buckhead and STK Atlanta, serves as ENZO’s chef de cuisine.

The duo plans to completely change the interior of the former Panera and make enhancements to the existing patio, with plans to open their new restaurant during the first half of 2026.

Bicicletta, Italian for bicycle, marks the return of Italian fare to the popular shopping center following the late 2023 closure of local favorite Borgo Italia, which in 2024 reopened in nearby Senoia.

In Kedron Village (1263 North Peachtree Parkway), Bicicletta will join existing eateries such as Chicken Salad Chick, Mr. Fuji (a Japanese steakhouse), Singh’s Cafe (Indian cuisine), and Curious Cantina. The center is anchored by a Kroger and a Target, as well as junior anchors Ross, Petco, and, as of this past May, Homesense—the first in Georgia for the new HomeGoods sibling store.
