Thunderzone is getting ready to bring family fun to Carrollton, with plans to begin the interior buildout of its new location at First Tuesday Mall in the coming weeks. The entertainment venue will take over the former Big Lots space, and “Coming Soon” signage is now up, signaling progress on the much-anticipated project.
Known for its mix of bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and event space, Thunderzone has built a strong following at its original location in Douglasville. The Carrollton site will mark the company’s second venue and is expected to deliver the same energetic atmosphere geared toward families, teens, and groups looking for a fun and active outing.
According to a post on Thunderzone’s Facebook page, the Carrollton location is set to open sometime in 2026.
