Founded in 2022, Lifestyle Body Academy was born out of a passion for helping others and a deep personal commitment to wellness. The founder, a U.S. Army veteran and black belt in Taekwondo, also holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Personal Fitness Management from Clayton State University. After spending two and a half years working as a personal trainer, a serious motorcycle accident in April 2025 became the catalyst for turning a long-held dream into a reality. The opening of this first official location marks the beginning of a new chapter—one focused on growth, community impact, and long-term transformation.

Veteran-owned and operated, Lifestyle Body Academy is dedicated to setting a higher standard in fitness across Coweta County. The vision is to reach thousands, creating a strong culture that supports healthy habits, discipline, and living life to the fullest.
