Looking for a little holiday cheer? There’s a cozy community event happening in Carrollton that you won’t want to miss. On November 22nd from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Santa and Mrs. Claus will be making a special stop at 822 Horsley Mill Road, Carrollton, GA 30117—and everyone’s invited.
Families can swing by for free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and there’ll be plenty of festive treats to go around. Cynthia Hall from Guild Mortgage will be there serving up homemade cookies, hot chocolate, and apple cider—all on the house. It’s a laid-back, family-friendly way to kick off the holiday season, complete with coloring sheets for the kids, door prizes, and gift basket giveaways donated by local partners (including a fully decorated tree from Home Depot!).
This event is a warm welcome from the team behind The Overlook at Oak Mountain, a brand-new neighborhood just getting started in Carrollton. While the focus is all about the holiday fun, folks who are curious about the homes going in can also chat with builders, agents, and the rest of the crew. Just good company and some Christmas magic.
There’s no cost to attend. There’s a Facebook event on the Tributary Real Estate Group page where you can mark yourself as “going” if you’d like to help the cookie team get a rough headcount.
Parking is easy—there’s plenty of street parking available.
