Well the rumors are officially true! We’ve been awaiting for 100% verification about Five Below coming to LaGrange just like you. The city confirms that plans are in and the leasing map for Commerce Plaza shows Five Below directly next to the new Ross that is also coming soon. We originally announced this a few weeks ago about Ross.
As for Five Below, they’ve been on the move lately—most recently opening a new location in Valley, Alabama. That spot has seen a great response, and it makes sense they’d set their sights on LaGrange next. This new Commerce Plaza location feels like a perfect fit for the brand, offering a fun and affordable shopping option in a high-traffic area that continues to grow.
An opening date hasn’t been announced yet, but the build out should start shortly for both tenants. For those who remember, this particular space was previously home to It’s Fashion Metro, so it’ll be exciting to see the transformation as something fresh takes its place.
