From Boutique to the North Pole: Santa Moves In After fab’rik Closes at The Avenue

As the seasons change, so do some of our favorite storefronts in Peachtree City—and one recent transformation is bringing extra holiday magic to The Avenue. The beloved women’s boutique fab’rik has officially closed its doors, but in true holiday spirit, the space isn’t staying empty for long. In fact, it’s getting a seriously festive upgrade: Santa and Mrs. Claus are moving in.

Located in The Avenue Peachtree City, fab’rik has been a go-to destination for trendy fashion and effortless style. Shoppers looking for statement pieces and boutique vibes have long loved what fab’rik brought to the table. However, a recent sign posted on the door confirmed the news: fab’rik is now closed.

While it’s always sad to say goodbye to a local favorite, fab’rik fans can still shop online at www.fabrikstyle.com and enjoy 30% off with code PTCLOVE30 as a thank-you from the team.

Just in time for the holidays, the now-closed fab’rik storefront is being transformed into a North Pole-style photo studio, where Santa and Mrs. Claus will be welcoming families for festive photo ops. That’s right—this former fashion boutique is now the official Peachtree City location for holiday photos with Santa.

Capture the magic of the season with Holiday Photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus at The Avenue Peachtree City, taking place on Mondays, December 8, 15, and 22, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Santa arrives for the kickoff on December 6 in front of the Christmas Tree, then will be in the former Fab’rik space 1000 Mondays in December.
