The Avenue Peachtree City to Bring Holiday Cheer With Free, Festive Events

The Avenue Peachtree City announced today they’ll be bringing the spirit of the holidays to guests through a variety of seasonal events, promotions and giveaways. This holiday-themed event series will officially commence on Saturday, December 6, with the center’s Santa & Friends Holiday Kick-Off event.

“We’re excited to once again bring the magic of the holidays to The Avenue Peachtree City for guests to enjoy,” says Kelly Lawrence, marketing manager at The Avenue Peachtree City. “From community favorites like Noon Year’s Eve to new events like our Pawsome Holiday Party for dogs, we look forward to providing a place for the community to connect and create holiday memories that last a lifetime.”

The Avenue Peachtree City will celebrate the holiday season with seasonal shopping, promotions and a lineup of festive community events, including:

Black Friday Giveaways – Fri., Nov. 28, beginning at 8:00 a.m. in Fountain Court
- On Black Friday, the first 100 shoppers will receive a free tote bag packed with exclusive deals from your favorite Avenue Peachtree City retailers.
- To further embrace the spirit of giving, an extra-special gift will be placed inside a select number of bags.
  - Tote bags will be given away on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Santa & Friends Holiday Kick-Off – Sat., Dec. 6 from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m.
- To officially kick off the holiday season, Santa will visit The Avenue Peachtree City to light the center’s Christmas tree. During this event, attendees will also have the chance to take photos with Santa in Fountain Court.
- This event also includes live carolers, face painting, a trackless train ride and appearances from beloved holiday characters like the Snow Queen, Princess and friends.
- Plus, Kendra Scott will be hosting a color bar pop-up at the Holiday Kick-Off event, allowing guests the chance to customize items typically found in-store.
Holiday Photos with Santa – Mon., Dec. 8, 15 & 22 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in Suite 1000
- Create holiday memories with a photo alongside Santa. On select Mondays in December, guests are encouraged to bring their wish list and stop by Suite 1000 to enjoy holiday photos, music and cheer.
  - The Fayette Humane Society will be in attendance and accepting donations. Kendra Scott’s color bar pop-up will also be located at Suite 1000 for guests to enjoy during the event.
Pawsome Holiday Party – Wed., Dec. 10 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in Suite 1000
- The Avenue Peachtree City invites local community members to bring their furry friends for a Pawsome Holiday Party.
- Starting at 5:00 p.m., guests can enjoy a holiday pet photo session, courtesy of professional photographer Shannon Hughes. Guests will receive one digital photo emailed to them after the event concludes.
  - Attendees can shop local pet-friendly vendors, including the center’s newest addition, Good Boy Goodies, as well as APC’s dog ambassador program, Peachtree Paws, Serenity K9 and more. Pup cups will also be available.
  - The first 50 guests to get their furry friend’s photo taken will receive an exclusive coupon for a free, in-store gift at lululemon. Recipients will either receive a water bowl or a miniature bag perfect for treats or waste bags.
    - This coupon must be redeemed on Dec. 10.
Noon Year’s Eve – Tues., Dec. 31 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Central Park
- Families with young children can ring in the new year with their Noon Year’s Eve celebration! Join The Avenue Peachtree City in a festive countdown to noon in The Avenue’s Central Park.
- Throughout the event, guests can also enjoy a DJ, face painting, a bounce house and more kid-friendly fun.
