At Thursday’s work session for the Carrollton City Schools Board of Education, three board members, Mr. David Godwin (At Large), Dr. Jason Mount (Ward Three), and Mrs. Katie Williams (Ward Two), took their oaths of office, administered by Superintendent Dr. Mark Albertus. All three were incumbents whose elections were uncontested this fall.
