Whole Body Family Karate Brings Martial Arts and Community Connection to Carrollton

Whole Body Family Karate is a new, locally owned martial arts school now serving families in Carrollton and the surrounding West Georgia community. Led by instructor Tony Tati, the school offers a supportive environment where students learn more than just karate. They build confidence, discipline, and respect that carry into everyday life.

Tony brings decades of martial arts experience and a heart for teaching. His approach emphasizes patience, encouragement, and personal growth, helping students develop both physical skills and strong character. Classes are intentionally structured to meet students where they are, whether they are trying karate for the first time or returning to training after time away.

Conveniently located in Carrollton and just 10 minutes from Downtown Bowdon, Whole Body Family Karate is designed to fit easily into busy family schedules. The school offers age-appropriate programs for children, teens, and adults, along with family classes that allow parents and children to train together. These sessions strengthen both skills and relationships.

At its core, the school views martial arts as an educational journey. Students are encouraged to practice focus, perseverance, self-control, and respect for others in a positive, welcoming setting. Progress is measured not only by belts earned but also by personal growth and confidence gained along the way.

Whole Body Family Karate hopes to be a place where families feel supported, students feel challenged in healthy ways, and the broader community benefits from strong values and positive connections. New students are welcome to attend complimentary introductory classes to experience the program firsthand.
