Three Rivers Regional Commission Issues RFP for a Benefits Broker

The Three Rivers Regional Commission (TRRC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified vendors to provide Benefits Broker Services (RFP No. 2026-ADMIN-001) for the organization and its programs serving a 10-county region in West Central Georgia.

TRRC is soliciting proposals from experienced firms capable of delivering comprehensive employee benefits consulting services to support its workforce across multiple divisions, including Aging Services, Workforce Development, Transportation and Regional Planning.

Proposals will be received by the Three Rivers Regional Commission until 4:00 p.m. (local time) on April 3, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically to:

Benefits Broker Services

The selected Benefits Broker will provide strategic consulting, plan design, compliance guidance and ongoing support for employee benefit offerings, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, life, disability and supplemental insurance programs. Services will also include assistance with renewals, employee education and regulatory compliance.

Vendor Requirements

Responding vendors must:

  • Demonstrate experience providing benefits brokerage to public sector or nonprofit organizations
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Provide references and evidence of financial and operational stability
  • Meet all procurement requirements outlined in the RFP
