Carroll Tomorrow Announces Leadership Change, Joseph Ingui Named President and Jason Powell Named Vice President

Carroll Tomorrow is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph Ingui and Jason Powell. Effective March first, Joseph Ingui will take the reins of Carroll Tomorrow as the new President. Jason Powell has been promoted to Vice President of Carroll Tomorrow.

According to Loy Howard, Chairman and Co-Founder of Carroll Tomorrow, “Both of these young men have demonstrated outstanding character traits, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work with our diverse partners, stakeholders, and community leaders. Joseph and Jason already have experience with Carroll Tomorrow in director and manager roles, and both have been engaged in professional economic development training and active participation in state, regional, and national professional associations.

Joseph and Jason are both serving in young professional leadership roles in GEDA and SEDC and have already built an extensive network of colleagues and connections throughout the State and beyond. We are confident that Joseph and Jason will represent us well as we continue to enjoy the success and legacy of Carroll Tomorrow”.
