Developing Story: Shine Time Express Car Wash recently purchased the former Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Carrollton off Bankhead Highway across from the Regal Cinemas. According to the new owners, this will be the second Shine Time Express Car Wash in Carrollton and the entire tunnel will be fully remodeled with the Shine Time experience. You can expect upgraded vacuums and enhancements to the entire property. We will have additional information to share with you in the upcoming weeks. The new car wash should be ready to go sometime in September.
