Rapha Clinic of West Georgia Awarded $6,000 Grant from Southwire

The Rapha Clinic of West Georgia, a local faith-based nonprofit providing healthcare services to uninsured adults, has been awarded a $6,000 grant from Southwire to support its mission of delivering accessible medical and dental care throughout West Georgia.

The funding will help sustain Rapha Clinic’s ongoing delivery of free preventative medical and dental services to uninsured and underserved adults across the region. Grant support will assist with direct patient care, chronic disease management, medications, medical supplies, preventative healthcare initiatives, facility operations, and the administrative infrastructure necessary to provide year-round healthcare services.

“We are incredibly thankful to Southwire for investing in the health and well-being of our community,” said Dr. Amy Eubanks, Medical Director and Co-Chair of Rapha Clinic. “Their support allows us to continue providing compassionate medical and dental care to individuals who may otherwise go without treatment. This funding strengthens our ability to reach more people in need and ensures accessible healthcare remains available throughout West Georgia.”

Headquartered in Carrollton, Southwire is North America’s leading manufacturer of wire and cable solutions. As a fellow West Georgia organization, Southwire’s continued investment in local healthcare initiatives helps make a meaningful impact on the health and quality of life of residents throughout the region.

Rapha Clinic of West Georgia remains dedicated to its mission of providing free medical and dental care to the uninsured and underinsured adults of West Georgia including residents in need from Carroll, Douglas, Haralson, Heard, and Paulding counties. The clinic’s ongoing efforts are made possible by donations, grants, and volunteer support from compassionate community members and organizations.
