More than 100 Carrollton Elementary and Upper Elementary students enrolled in summer programs have participated in water safety instruction and swim lessons so far this summer. For the fourth year, the Carrollton City Schools Education Foundation provided funding for this programming through its enrichment experience program. Students showcased their new skills at the Carrollton Midtown Water Park for a culminating celebration.
