Fayetteville coffee lovers may soon have another drive-thru option, as development plans show a new 7 Brew Coffee location proposed for North Glynn Street next to Hardee’s.
The new coffee stand is planned for 963 N. Glynn Street in Fayetteville. According to the development documents, the project would include a 510-square-foot quick-service coffee shop, along with drive aisles, parking and supporting utility infrastructure. The site covers approximately 1.04 acres and is zoned for neighborhood commercial use.
Plans identify Motley 7 Brew, LLC as the owner and developer. The documents also show that several plan submissions were made to the city between April and June 2026, but they do not list a projected construction start or grand-opening date.
The proposed Fayetteville location would continue 7 Brew’s expansion in the area. The drive-thru coffee company celebrated the grand opening of its new Griffin location on July 23.
Known for its fast-moving drive-thru format, 7 Brew offers coffee, teas, energy drinks, smoothies, shakes and other customizable beverages. The Fayetteville shop’s small building footprint reflects the company’s focus on drive-thru service rather than a traditional sit-down café.
Once completed, the new 7 Brew would add another beverage destination along the busy North Glynn Street corridor. More information, including a construction timeline and opening date, is expected as the project moves further through the development process.
