A new discount retailer is headed to Fayette Pavilion in Fayetteville.
According to a recently released leasing map for the shopping center, DD’s Discounts is planned for a 20,000-square-foot space in Phase II of Fayette Pavilion. The store will take over the former Forever 21 location near DSW, Shopper’s World and Walmart.
The leasing materials list DD’s Discounts in Unit 121A and include the retailer among Fayette Pavilion’s major tenants. The center, located along Pavilion Parkway, is also home to Target, Walmart, Publix, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Burlington, Old Navy, Hobby Lobby and several other national retailers. Academy Sports recently finished construction and should open in the coming weeks.
DD’s Discounts is an off-price retail chain operated by Ross Stores. The company offers discounted clothing, shoes, accessories and home merchandise for women, men and children. Its stores are generally designed for shoppers looking for lower-priced brand-name and everyday merchandise, with inventory that can change frequently.
The addition will give Fayette Pavilion another value-focused shopping option and will bring new life to the former Forever 21 storefront.
An opening date has not yet been announced. Keep watching The City Menus for more information as it becomes available.
