El Mirador Mexican Grill is getting closer to opening its new location at 491 Fob James Drive in Valley, Alabama. The restaurant is moving into the former Steak ’n Shake building and has already installed new signage on the property.
The restaurant is now hiring bus boys, cooks, servers, hosts and dishwashers as preparations continue. Those interested in joining the El Mirador Mexican Grill team are encouraged to send the restaurant a private message for more information. An opening date has not yet been announced.
