According to Myron Bowling, an auctioning firm, the former Sony building is having a total liquidation Auction sale on October 9th at 10am. The inside warehouse racking and equipment will be auctioned off. Myron Bowling did inform us that the building was bought by an undisclosed buyer. The Carrollton Menu will wait till all documents are signed before releasing any information. Also construction appears to be taking place on the opposite side of the building off Beulah Church Rd. Additional details about this property are undisclosed for now.
