The Newnan Menu will not post personal ads, public or legal notices, get rich schemes which includes some MLM’s, illegal sales, and inappropriate or mis leading information. All advertisements for the sale or rental of housing published on The Newnan Menu are subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act. The Newnan Menu will not be held responsible for disagreements between parties or AD typos. Once posted the Classifieds ad will run for 30 days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any ad that breaches our Terms of Service. By submitting an ad & payment you agree to these terms of service.

Several advertisements on The Newnan Menu website might say AD Choices above them. These AD’s are provided by Google at random. We are not responsible for the content in these AD’s. When clicking on an AD Choices related advertisement you are being sent directly to a third party website.

Exceptions that do not require approval are social media outlets where direct links from The Newnan Menu are used. The Newnan Menu does not endorse any paid advertiser and will not be held responsible for any disagreements. Cityscape pictures are owned through The Newnan Menu but trademark images are generally reproduced and are not our property. All comments are property of The City Menus LLC and we have the right to delete or modify according to nature of content. The City Menus LLC has a license to legally operate in the state of Georgia and within Carroll County. This can be viewed at anytime per your request in writing to [email protected] . The City Menus LLC has been granted a LLC per the GA Secretary of State’s Office. Per any requests the LLC documentation will be made available.
