West Georgia Autism Foundation is a grass-roots foundation started in Carrollton, Georgia, with the vision of helping individuals with autism and their families by building and supporting essential resources in the local area. Since June of 2017 West Georgia Autism Foundation has lived out their mission: “to enrich the lives of families throughout West Georgia touched by autism by providing support, promoting awareness, and educating the community.”
The sixth Snow Ball Gala will be hosted by West Georgia Autism Foundation on January 25, 2025, 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. at West Georgia Technical College’s Waco campus. At this cocktail-attire event, guests will experience Carrollton Jazz Ensemble and John Paul Barry for musical entertainment. Additionally, the foundation will continue their traditional silent and live auctions to raise money.
The West Georgia Autism Foundation uses the auction funds to build and support resources in our own community. Their recent achievements include an endowment with the University of West Georgia in support of their ABA therapy program, and with West Georgia Technical College to support an internship providing WGTC students with autism an opportunity to work in a university setting as a paid intern.
West Georgia Autism Foundation is proud to offer unique resources and services to the west Georgia area, and they seek donations for their auction to expand these possibilities.
