Established by The Atlanta Journal and Constitution, this award goes to an outstanding senior who excels in the classroom, demonstrates leadership skills, and participates in numerous school and community activities. Carrollton High School senior Eli Slappey was presented the award at the 39th annual CHS Academic Awards program on April 24. He is pictured with CHS Principal Ian Lyle.
