Central Students Take the Stage in Annie Jr. at Carrollton Arts Center

Central Cluster students are hard at work bringing a beloved musical to life as they prepare for the Carrollton Arts Center Youth Theater production of Annie Jr.

Performances are scheduled for Friday, April 24 at 7 pm and Saturday, April 25 at 4 pm and 7 pm. With strong community interest already building, tickets are selling quickly and can be purchased online at carrolltonarts.com.

The cast features a talented group of young performers from across the Central Cluster. In the front row, from left to right, are Eliana Billman, Harper Bass, Reagan Bishop in the title role of Annie, Emma Childers, Ally Stamps, and Kate Patrick. The middle row includes Clara-Beth McGill, Owen Smith, Shelby Nicholson, Brynn Hall, Rylie Jiles, Emma Hollingsworth, and Hudson Frame. In the back row are Graham Mobley and Bryce Hall, who takes on the role of Daddy Warbucks.

Guiding the production are directors Joey Huckeba and Melissa Stamps, both graduates of Central, who are helping the next generation of performers shine on stage.

With its memorable songs and uplifting story, Annie Jr. promises to be a highlight of the spring season for both the students and the Carrollton community.
