Central High School senior Izzy Martinez was awarded the Carroll EMC Foundation $1,000 Scholarship.
Izzy will be attending Georgia State University in the fall. She plans to study music education and would like to become a chorus teacher. She was joined by her grandmother Denise Jiles for the presentation of the check.
