Tanner Health and The Birches on Maple Bring CONDUCTORCISE® to Carrollton

Tanner Health and The Birches on Maple are inviting the community to experience classical music in a whole new way with CONDUCTORCISE®, a unique sound-based workout designed to get participants moving, learning, and having fun.

Presented through Tanner’s Get Healthy, Live Well initiative, CONDUCTORCISE® combines basic conducting techniques with movement and music inspired by some of the greatest classical composers. Under the energetic guidance of Maestro David Dworkin, participants will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of conducting while getting their hearts pumping.

Dworkin is a Juilliard-trained clarinetist who has traveled the world performing and conducting, bringing his experience and enthusiasm to this one-of-a-kind experience. The program encourages participants to embrace the art of movement and music while celebrating the idea that you can feel young at any age.

The event is free and open to the public and will be held at the University of West Georgia’s Humanities Building Lobby, located at 202 West Georgia Drive in Carrollton.

Seating is limited, and registration is required. Light refreshments will be served.
