Concerts at The Amp: The David Pippin Group / Black Hat Brigade

Black Hat Brigade – vocalist and guitarist Lisa Edison, guitarist and vocalist Brian Garmon, bassist Gary Hatmaker and drummer Justin Cardell – brings a mix of country, classic and hard rock, alternative and grunge, originals and hits from the ‘70s through today to the stage.

The David Pippin Group is guitarist David Pippin, drummer Kelley Warner, keyboardist Alex Burley, vocalist Evan Crowther and bassist Jonathan Dorsey. The rock and blues-based DPG is well-known for skilled musicianship and high-energy performances. The group won the Atlanta Blues Challenge in late 2023 and was one of only 200 acts from across the globe to perform in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis the next year. The band’s releases, Wednesday Night Sessions and Wednesday Night Blues, are available through most media outlets and the group is currently recording a new album.
