Reception Observing The 200th Anniversary of Chief McIntosh’s Death

The descendants of Chief William McIntosh and members of the Muscogee Creek Nation of Oklahoma will be at the Whitesburg Public Library on April 30 from 1 to 3 p.m. for a reception observing the 200th anniversary of Chief McIntosh’s death. The family and representatives of the Creek Nation will speak and there will be refreshments. The public is invited to the event.
