Over the last couple of days I have personally received some phone calls regarding individuals from the EPA being seen around Kroger. The property manager of Carrollton Crossroads are unable to confirm that Kroger is adding a Fuel Center but management at the Carrollton Kroger confirms to The Carrollton Menu that this will be happening in early 2012. Kroger was unable to give an exact month or date. Also planned is a full remodel of the Kroger Store.
