How many Mexican Restaurants does Carrollton have? I would say at least 20. We personally met with one of the owner’s family members of Vallarta Mexican Restaurant, they stated this would be much more authentic. We will see. The east side of Carrollton does not have a choice of a Mexican Restaurant so I think this will do well here off Bankhead Hwy. Vallarta is now open for business and hopes you will try it out.
