Story from Jimmy Beck : The Cajun Corner has recently opened up on the square in downtown Carrollton. Their first day of business was Thursday January 26th. I went in on Thursday to check things out. During my visit I spoke with the staff and management. The staff is very friendly! They did a very nice job with the decor inside the restaurant. There is also plenty of seating inside the establishment. On this particular visit I did not have time to dine but I will definitely be back. In fact, I will probably take my girlfriend Hannah Lawrence to check this place out, we love trying new things together. I have high expectations and cannot wait to dine with the fine staff at the Cajun Corner. Their menu is moderately priced. The Cajun Corner is where the Fish House used to be and is in the same quadrant as La Trattoria and Blue Steakhouse. If you have dined here please comment and let us know what you thought of it.
