Once empty Lake Carroll Mall is now 100% full and thriving. John Sammon the representative of the shopping center told us this past week that every vacant suite has now been leased. The most recent being a coffee shop / church. Over the past few weeks we have been learning about the businesses at this particular center and the vacant past. About 6 of the suites were converted into 4 that way bigger retail establishments could take over such as Lake Carroll Lawn Equipment and the Scrap bin. The former Regions Bank building is now a Siezmore. As far as the center go it seems to be doing just fine.
