Here we go again. Carrollton now has another Mexican Restaurant. This city is saturated with Mexican Food. Anyway the empty Burrito Express building on Maple Street is now La Cima Discotec. We do not know if they are owned by the same owners. All I have at this time is a picture of the sign. No word on if they are opened. The last few times I have been by there were no cars in the parking lot. We will keep you updated.
